Cat Games for Cats is run by Henri Rujala, Finland. Contact: hello@cat-game-for-cats.com.
The games
The games are made for cats to play on a screen while a person is around. Use a screen protector if your cat has sharp claws, place the device where it cannot fall, keep sessions short, and stop if your cat seems stressed. We are not responsible for damage to devices.
Free play
Every single game can be tried for free: 3 sessions of up to 3 minutes on your first day, then 1 a day. The Surprise Mix and longer sessions come with purchases. To keep free play fair, we count free sessions per device and per network (using a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself). We may change the free allowance.
Purchases
You can buy One Game (โฌ2.99), Three Games (โฌ5.99) or All Games (โฌ9.99). Prices include VAT. Each is a one-time payment, not a subscription. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to play the games you bought without the free time limit, on any device where you sign in with the same Google account, for as long as the service runs (see If the service closes). All Games includes the games available at the time of purchase and the games we add later. If you buy All Games after earlier purchases, what you already paid is deducted from the price.
Delivery and right of withdrawal
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record: Stripe sells the purchase to you, charges VAT and sends your receipt. Games are unlocked immediately after payment. When paying, you agree that delivery starts right away and you acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to distance purchases in the EU. If a game does not work for you, contact us and we will help or refund you.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site and games available and working, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve and change the games.
If the service closes
The games are an online service run by one person. A purchase gives access for as long as the service is running; it is not a permanent licence that continues after the service ends. We may close the service, for example if it is no longer viable to run. If we do, we will announce it on the site and email signed-in buyers at least 30 days before closing. After closing, the games and all purchases can no longer be used. Purchases are not refunded because of a closure, except where consumer law requires it (for example, if the service closes very soon after your purchase, contact us).
Law
Finnish law applies, without limiting the rights consumers have under the law of their own country. EU consumers can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
