Bird Feeder · For bird watchers
Bird game for cats
Colourful birds fly in, land on branches, hop and peck in the grass, chirp, and flutter away from paws.
- Free to try
- No ads
- Cat-proof lock
Cat vision, simulated: cats see blues and yellows, reds and greens fade to dull yellow-grey, and fine detail blurs. That is why our prey is bright, clean-edged and moves like prey.
Why cats love Bird Feeder
- Blue tits, goldfinches, wagtails and white birds fly in, land on the branches and hop around the grass, just like the garden outside.
- Birds peck, bob their heads and chirp: the movements that make cats chatter at the window.
- Lovely as bird TV for cats to watch, and when your cat pounces, the birds flutter off to another branch.
Best for cats glued to the window when birds are outside.

How it works
- Pick a game and a timer. 5–15 minutes is a good session for most cats.
- Lay the tablet flat on the floor. The screen locks itself, so paws only move the prey.
- Let your cat hunt. Near the end the prey slows down, so your cat gets the final catch.
Cat-proof lock
Cats tap, swipe, sit and roll on screens. While a game runs, every touch goes to the prey: no scrolling, zooming, menus, links or going back. To finish, hold the 🔒 in the corner for a few seconds, then tap 1, 2, 3. Easy for people, practically impossible for paws.
Made for cat eyes and ears
Cats see in two colour channels, blue and yellow; red, orange and green fade to a dull yellow-grey, and fine detail is blurry to them. So every animal is much brighter than its background, in yellows, whites and blues, with clean edges on calm, dark scenes. We check each colour against a model of cat vision (try See it like a cat under the clip). Prey moves like real prey: quick dashes, sudden freezes and hiding. Sounds are synthesized fresh every time, so a squeak never repeats exactly.
Questions from cat owners
Is this like bird videos for cats on YouTube?
It is made for the same cats, but it reacts: birds flutter away when your cat pounces, and there are no ads. Turn on Cat TV mode to just leave it running for your cat to watch.
Is it safe for my cat to play on a tablet?
Yes, with a little care: see Healthy screen play below. Keep sessions to 5–15 minutes, use a screen protector if your cat has sharp claws, lay the tablet flat so it cannot fall, and finish with a real toy your cat can bite, or a treat. Every session ends with a catch, so your cat stops satisfied rather than frustrated.
How long can my cat play for free?
Free sessions last 3 minutes: plenty of time for a cat to watch, creep closer and pounce. Many cats watch for 20 seconds or more before their first pounce, which is why we don't do 30-second rounds. You get 3 free sessions on your first day and 1 a day after that.
Could my cat buy something by accident?
No. There is nothing to buy inside a game and no buttons on the play screen, only a lock that a person opens by holding the corner and tapping 1-2-3. Buying happens on a separate page, with Google sign-in and a Stripe payment page.
Can my cat accidentally close the game?
Inside the game, touches only move the prey: the page cannot scroll, zoom, open menus or follow links. To leave, a human holds the lock in the corner and taps 1, 2, 3. For complete protection, also turn on Guided Access on an iPad (Settings → Accessibility → Guided Access) or App pinning on Android (Settings → Security → App pinning); those block the home button and swipes too.
Why does the game end with a catch?
Chasing something that can never be caught frustrates cats. Before the timer runs out the prey slows down, so your cat always gets the final catch.
My cat ignores the screen. What can I try?
Lay the tablet flat on the floor at your cat's level, turn the brightness up, try the sound on, and try a different game: some cats love mice, others only care about fish or the laser dot. Many cats need a few sessions to get the idea. Tapping the prey yourself first can help.
Are there ads?
No, never. Cats don't buy things, so ads only interrupt the hunt, and a stray paw can tap one. No ads also means nothing unsuitable pops up when children play along.
Do I have to collect coins or unlock levels?
No. Cats hunt; they don't grind for points. There are no coins, levels or experience points: every game is open to try from the start, and buying it simply removes the time limit.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on any tablet, phone or computer. You can add it to your home screen for a full-screen app that also works offline.
Is it free?
You can try every game for free: 3 free 3-minute sessions on your first day, then 1 free session a day. If your cat loves a game, buy it once to play it any time, for as long as you like, with every timer and setting: one game €2.99, any three €5.99, or all games €9.99. No subscription.
How do I buy, and will it work on my other devices?
Sign in with Google when you buy. Your games are tied to that account, so sign in on any tablet, phone or computer and they are unlocked there too. You can see everything you own under "My games".
I bought one game and now want them all. Do I pay twice?
No. Everything you have already paid counts towards All Games, so upgrading only costs the difference.
